All sales are final. Due to the exclusive, made-to-order nature of each product, we are unable to offer returns or cancellations once a product has been shipped.

If an error has been made your order, please contact us at musubimuso@zohomail.com within 24-48 hours of delivery. You will be asked to provide detailed images of the product(s) in question along with the packing/invoice slip. We will do our best to resolve the issue with you swiftly.
